Key Responsibilities
Draft site-specific agreements using approved templates
Manage contract amendments and lifecycle stages
Track negotiation progress and update contract databases
Maintain accurate documentation in SharePoint and Veeva systems
Route documents for signatures using the Contract Lifecycle Management System
Communicate with clinical sites and internal teams
Merge and organize documents efficiently
Maintain up-to-date trackers and project systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Background in pharmaceutical or clinical research preferred
Strong communication, project management, and time management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Salesforce CLM)
Experience with SharePoint, Veeva Vault, and document control tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Critical thinking and multitasking abilities
