Job Summary

Syneos Health, a globally recognized Contract Research Organization (CRO), is seeking a Clinical Contract Support Specialist to join their team remotely from the USA. In this pivotal support role, you will manage contract documentation, lifecycle processes, and site communication across global clinical trials. Ideal for professionals with experience in pharma, clinical research, and contract management systems, this opportunity allows you to work at the intersection of legal operations and clinical development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft site-specific agreements using approved templates

  • Manage contract amendments and lifecycle stages

  • Track negotiation progress and update contract databases

  • Maintain accurate documentation in SharePoint and Veeva systems

  • Route documents for signatures using the Contract Lifecycle Management System

  • Communicate with clinical sites and internal teams

  • Merge and organize documents efficiently

  • Maintain up-to-date trackers and project systems


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Background in pharmaceutical or clinical research preferred

  • Strong communication, project management, and time management skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Salesforce CLM)

  • Experience with SharePoint, Veeva Vault, and document control tools

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Critical thinking and multitasking abilities
