IQVIA is hiring a Clinical Data Management Professional to manage end-to-end delivery of clinical data management services for single or multiple clinical studies. The role involves acting as a Data Team Lead (DTL), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality clinical data, managing study setup, overseeing data cleaning, supporting audits, coordinating with sponsors, and driving process improvements through collaboration with programming and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Clinical Data Management activities.
Perform the role of Data Team Lead (DTL).
Gather study setup requirements from stakeholders.
Validate new clinical device integrations.
Oversee regular clinical data cleaning activities.
Ensure high-quality data deliverables within agreed timelines.
Support and train new team members.
Lead internal study meetings and sponsor meetings.
Participate in study kick-off meetings and sponsor audits.
Track project progress and identify project risks.
Implement database revisions and new technologies.
Collaborate with programming teams for automation and innovation.
Ensure compliance with eSOPs and training requirements.
Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain effective communication with project teams and management.
