Job Summary
Medpace, a premier CRO for Biotech companies, is seeking Clinical Trial Managers with diverse experience levels, particularly those with Nephrology expertise. This position provides an opportunity to oversee innovative clinical trials, expand therapeutic expertise, and benefit from a competitive salary/bonus program along with lucrative equity grants.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project operations as outlined in contracts and regulatory guidelines, including ICH/GCP.
Act as the primary contact for Sponsors, addressing project-specific issues and study deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of study protocols, therapeutic areas, and indications.
Provide cross-functional team oversight and ensure project-specific training is conducted.
Contribute to key study documents, including protocols, data analysis plans, and final study reports.
Develop and manage operational project plans, risk assessments, and timelines.
Oversee study vendors and ensure site quality, supervising Clinical Research Associates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a health or life science field (Advanced degree preferred).
Experience in Phases 1-4 clinical trials (Phases 2-3 preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Trial Management experience (CRO experience preferred).
Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
Bid defense experience (preferred).
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
