The Associate Project Manager (APM) manages small to medium-sized Connected Devices projects, either stand-alone or full-service, across all clinical trial phases. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, the APM ensures that project work is completed on time, within budget, and to the sponsor’s satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Plan, initiate, execute, control, and deliver projects in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW).
Lead cross-functional Connected Devices teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure project-specific guidelines are documented, communicated, and the team is trained accordingly.
Track project progress, identify risks, and seek guidance for corrective actions.
Prepare and present project updates at internal and external meetings.
Manage project financials under supervision, ensuring goals are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline.
Conduct End of Project (EOP) reviews to confirm all project activities are complete.
Keep leadership informed of project issues impacting quality, budget, or timelines, and request support for resolution.
Provide input to line managers regarding team member performance for career development.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare-related discipline (Preferred).
Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years industry experience (Preferred).
