Title: Alternance 12 Mois – Pharmacovigilance

Location: Gentilly, France

About the Position:

Start your career in the cutting-edge healthcare sector with Sanofi. As an apprentice in our Medical Quality and Pharmacovigilance Department, you will contribute to coordinating and executing activities related to Pharmacovigilance audits and inspections. You will receive mentorship from inspiring leaders while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the management, preparation, and maintenance of materials necessary for conducting Pharmacovigilance audits and inspections: identifying experts, performing quality control of documentation, and providing support to auditees.

  • Coordinate communication between internal Quality Pharmacovigilance teams and external partners such as Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development.

  • Contribute to the development of action plans (CAPA plan), including root cause analysis, efficiency reviews, and responses to audit and inspection reports.

  • Assist in leading regular follow-up meetings regarding developments with various departments or external partners, including conducting meetings in English.

About You:

  • Skills and Knowledge: Organization, rigor, analytical mindset. Experience in quality and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Education: Bac +5 in Industrial Pharmacy or Health Engineering.

  • Languages: Fluent English required.
