Key Responsibilities:
Manage Affiliate Mailbox and process incoming safety reports
Reconcile adverse event reports according to SOPs
Perform written follow-ups for serious and non-serious cases
Conduct case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding
Submit ICSRs in compliance with global regulatory guidelines
Assist in follow-ups, ensuring completeness of safety data
Adhere to internal timelines and regulatory submission standards
Work within a collaborative team environment with close supervision
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm)
0–1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety (freshers welcome)
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research
Familiarity with pharmacovigilance workflow, ICSR documentation, and safety databases
Understanding of MedDRA coding and global regulatory compliance
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
