This role is ideal for recent Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in ICSR case processing, MedDRA coding, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Affiliate Mailbox and process incoming safety reports

  • Reconcile adverse event reports according to SOPs

  • Perform written follow-ups for serious and non-serious cases

  • Conduct case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding

  • Submit ICSRs in compliance with global regulatory guidelines

  • Assist in follow-ups, ensuring completeness of safety data

  • Adhere to internal timelines and regulatory submission standards

  • Work within a collaborative team environment with close supervision


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm)

  • 0–1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety (freshers welcome)

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research

  • Familiarity with pharmacovigilance workflow, ICSR documentation, and safety databases

  • Understanding of MedDRA coding and global regulatory compliance

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
