Accenture is hiring a Pharmacovigilance Services New Associate for its Chennai office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox for pharmacovigilance case intake

  • Reconcile individual case safety reports (ICSRs) in compliance with standard procedures

  • Perform written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious adverse events

  • Solve routine PV issues using established SOPs and guidelines

  • Coordinate with team and supervisors for daily work tasks

  • Adhere to regulatory timelines and ensure quality documentation

  • Learn and implement safety database workflows


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm), Nursing (BSc), or Physiotherapy (BPT)

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance or healthcare domain

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs

  • Familiarity with drug safety workflows is a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
