Job Summary:
Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Retail Operation Manager to lead the implementation of national pharmacy strategies and operational excellence initiatives across China. This key leadership role involves project execution, business analysis, system management, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-performing pharmaceutical retail environment. Ideal for candidates with strong project management skills, retail strategy insight, and a solid grasp of China’s pharmaceutical operations landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of national pharmacy strategy and retail projects
Initiate and lead retail channel projects to boost operational efficiency
Conduct regular business performance analysis and prepare reports
Oversee Contract Pharmacy DDI system in collaboration with operations
Manage ongoing operational tasks for the retail team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in pharma or retail operations
Proven experience in project management and business negotiations
Strong understanding of Novo Nordisk China’s business operations
Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency
Cross-functional knowledge within a large pharma organization
