Legal & Compliance Professional – Novo Nordisk, Bangkok

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Job Summary:

Novo Nordisk Thailand is seeking a Legal & Compliance Professional to provide legal and compliance support across its commercial business units. The role involves legal counsel, contract management, ethics policy implementation, promotional material review, and regulatory guidance in alignment with both local laws and global compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, amend, and negotiate contracts for business units using Coupa Contract Management System

  • Advise on day-to-day legal, compliance, and pharmaceutical regulatory matters

  • Ensure compliance with local laws and PReMA Code during business operations and promotional activities

  • Mitigate risks from legal liabilities, competitor disputes, or partner engagements

  • Assist in legal/privacy matters, litigation, government communications, and strategic risk management

  • Develop and enforce compliance and business ethics strategies across the affiliate

  • Conduct compliance training and track regulatory updates across the pharma industry

  • Participate in business field events and hybrid engagements for operational insight


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Law (Attorney at Law required)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal or compliance role

  • Strong knowledge of Thai pharmaceutical regulations and healthcare law

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and English

  • Self-driven with the ability to lead compliance initiatives proactively

  • Proficiency with contract management platforms (e.g., Coupa), MS Office

  • Experience with privacy, data protection, and ethics program implementation
