Job Overview

Provide comprehensive medical review expertise to deliver high-quality clinical data management outputs. Offer project management support for structured patient data review from a clinician’s perspective.


Essential Functions

Medical Review & Data Quality

  • Identify patient anomalies to ensure medical congruency and plausibility per study protocol.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for medical data review.

  • Deliver therapeutic area/indication training to project team members.

Project & Process Management

  • Provide project management expertise with limited guidance while collaborating with clinical study teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Support continuous process improvement, issue escalation, workload projections, and provide technical expertise.

  • Track service performance and help identify root causes of issues.

  • Implement corrective and preventive actions as required.

Compliance & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance-related issues.

  • Participate in project meetings including Kick-Off meetings, weekly team meetings, and client meetings when required.


Qualifications

Education

  • MBBS with 2+ years of experience OR

  • MD (any specialty) – experience/fresher allowed

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in clinical data sciences within a CRO, pharma company, or medical setting (leadership experience required).

  • Strong understanding of clinical and medical data.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.

  • Ability to focus on both medical assessment and operational metrics.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management and coaching skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
