Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Territory Business Manager. In this position, you will drive sales of pharmaceutical products within your designated territory, conduct market analysis, implement sales strategies, and manage customer relationships to meet sales targets.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence: Gather information on market trends and competition from stockists and chemists, and relay it to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

  • Prescription Audits: Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) on doctors to identify high-prescribers and assist in sales forecasting.

  • Sales Activities: Attend training programs, use allocated budgets for product promotions, and execute CME sessions, product launches, and sales pitches with doctors.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with doctors, gather queries, and ensure effective communication and query resolution with the Infogini team to drive prescriptions.

  • Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance of new products with chemists and achieve sales targets. Coordinate with stockists for product delivery.

  • Reporting: Provide feedback and data related to prescription trends, customer needs, and sales activities to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO).


Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate with a science background.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing.

  • Knowledge of key trends in pharmaceutical sales.

  • Experience in implementing and analyzing sales and marketing strategies.

  • Basic knowledge of computers.
