Position Summary

The Territory Account Manager helps implement programs and initiatives to advance Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians. The role contributes to projects and processes within the clinical sales area, drives growth, improves competitive positioning, and provides clinical guidance to physicians regarding product usage and techniques.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Growth Initiatives

  • Establish and implement programs for Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians initiatives.

  • Contribute to projects, programs, and processes for the Clinical Sales area.

  • Integrate methods based on trend analysis and competitive landscape to improve sales strategy.

  • Generate growth initiatives through consumer analytics and data-driven sales strategies.

  • Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and competitive positioning.

2. Customer & Clinical Support

  • Attend to customer accounts and advise physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products.

  • Provide guidance to improve adoption and correct use of products.

3. Performance & Metrics

  • Monitor effectiveness of growth initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and retention activities.

4. Ethics & Team Engagement

  • Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
