What You Will Do
In this critical role, you will contribute to Amgen's India operations by providing business process expertise to define product requirements, such as epics and user stories. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Veeva Site Collaboration, Vault Study Training, and technical teams, to ensure that technical requirements are clearly defined for software development. You’ll collaborate with product owners and developers, ensuring smooth system implementations and supporting project management efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with System Architects and Product Owners to manage business analysis activities for Veeva - Site Collaboration and Veeva – Vault Study Training systems.
Capture customer voice to define business processes and product needs.
Support the implementation of these systems across Amgen’s platform.
Facilitate backlog refinement, managing Epics, Features, and Sprint-Sized User Stories.
Develop effective product demonstrations and ensure operational excellence.
Manage risks and communicate progress to senior leadership.
Support documentation efforts, including configuration and training plans.

What We Expect of You

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree with 4-6 years of experience or a Bachelor’s with 6-8 years in Computer Science/Information Systems with Agile Software Development methodologies.
Or a Diploma with 10-12 years of experience in related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), clinical trial processes, and user requirement documentation.
Experience with Veeva Clinical Platform, Jira, AWS, and API gateways.
Certifications like SAFe for Teams and Veeva products are a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with global teams and handle multiple priorities.
