Join Sanofi Business Operations (SBO), a centralized resource organization in India supporting Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Our goal is to be a strategic partner for Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Global HEVA Business Partners (BPs) in executing multiple HEOR activities such as systematic literature reviews (SLR), indirect treatment comparisons (ITC), modeling, and dossier preparation.
  • Manage projects within the assigned portfolio to align with product strategy and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Global HEVA BPs on research projects, economic models, and trial design recommendations.
  • Assist in planning, designing, implementing, and completing innovative evidence-based research programs that inform internal decision-making and external communications throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Innovate processes for HEVA value identification and evidence generation to enhance relevance and impact for optimal reimbursement decisions.
  • Create and review complex strategic content and provide mentorship to HEVA associates.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access.
  • Manage the HEVA evidence generation plan in collaboration with Global HEVA BPs, including various study types such as burden of illness studies and economic evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines and work with vendors to deliver required outcomes.

About You

  • Experience: 8+ years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) within the pharmaceutical industry or CRO.
  • Skills: Strong project management and analytical capabilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary global teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of reimbursement decisions, health economics methods, and health technology assessments (HTA). Proficient in systematically reviewing scientific evidence to identify payer needs.
  • Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
  • Languages: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
