Job Overview:

This hybrid office-based role in Chennai is ideal for immediate joiners with strong experience in clinical data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold ICON’s core values centered on People, Clients, and Performance.
Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH Guidelines, ICON SOPs, and applicable regulations.
Complete all training programs including Study Lead Development Program via ICON’s training platform.
Accurately record billable and non-billable hours using Planview™ or similar systems.
Conduct CRF/eCRF data review for completeness and consistency using manual checks and system-based edits.
Perform external and SAE data reconciliation, raise and resolve queries, and ensure eCRF freeze/lock procedures are followed.
Maintain comprehensive study documentation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with CDMS teams.
Ensure all activities align with study timelines, including filing, documentation dispatch, and query resolution.
Collaborate effectively with the project team, Study Lead, Project Manager, and stakeholders as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's or Master’s in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of experience in core clinical data management (CDM) activities.
Proficiency in:
Query management
Data cleaning
SAE reconciliation
Conduct & Close-out activities
Strong experience with EDC systems, preferably Medidata Rave or Veeva EDC.
Proven ability to work under pressure and lead with agility and innovation.
Technical & Communication Skills:
Thorough knowledge of end-to-end clinical trial data transfer processes.
Strong grasp of data management systems and SOPs.
Excellent teamwork, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a global and diverse team.
