About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Contact Center Associate II fluent in French to join our global pharmacovigilance and medical information team. The role involves managing medical information inquiries, product quality complaints, and adverse event reporting across multiple communication channels, including telephone, email, and fax.

This position offers a 24x7 rotational shift schedule and is ideal for professionals with 2+ years of safety experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or CRO settings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries in French.

  • Receive, document, and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) according to regulatory timelines and internal SOPs.

  • Execute drug safety data management processes, including call intake, documentation, peer review, and case follow-up.

  • Support quality control (QC) activities, track key metrics, and reconcile data from multiple sources.

  • Create, update, and conduct training programs, ensuring compliance with procedural, system, and regulatory updates.

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of processed data.

  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed by management.


Candidate Profile & Experience Required

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related fields with 2–3 years of safety experience.

  • Alternative qualifications:

    • BS/BA + 2–3 years safety experience

    • MA/MS/PharmD + 1–2 years safety experience

    • Associate degree + 4–5 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

    • Non-degree + 5–6 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

Relevant experience includes pharmacovigilance, AE/SAE reporting, narrative writing, query resolution, regulatory submissions, medical affairs, clinical data management, clinical monitoring, or quality assurance.

Language & Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in French (verbal and written), preferably at professional (C-level) proficiency.

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Experience in call center operations preferred.

  • Ability to receive and manage inbound and outbound calls.

  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize medical information.

  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance practices, and ICH GCP guidelines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively in a team environment.
