About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Contact Center Associate II (French Speaker) to join our dynamic global pharmacovigilance team. In this role, you will manage medical information queries, product quality complaints, and adverse event reporting in compliance with regulatory standards. You will serve as a key point of contact for healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate data handling and contributing to patient safety initiatives.

This position is ideal for pharmacy, life sciences, or medical science professionals with 2+ years of safety experience who are fluent in French and English.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to medical information requests, product quality complaints, and general inquiries in French via telephone, email, fax, and other communication channels.

  • Receive, document, and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) within required timelines, adhering to regulatory and internal SOP guidelines.

  • Execute drug safety data management processes, including call intake, documentation, peer review, and follow-up.

  • Perform quality control (QC) of defined processes, track metrics, and reconcile data from multiple sources.

  • Develop, revise, and conduct training programs, evaluating their effectiveness in accordance with procedural and regulatory updates.

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of data processed.

  • Support additional pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.


Candidate Profile & Experience Required

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

  • Alternative qualifications accepted with relevant experience:

    • Associate degree + 4–5 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

    • Non-degree + 5–6 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety processing AE/SAE reports, generating narratives, managing queries, and working with safety databases.

  • Prior call center experience in a medical or clinical environment preferred.

  • Exposure to regulatory submissions, medical affairs, clinical data management, or quality assurance is advantageous.

Language & Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in French (verbal and written), preferably at C-level proficiency.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance practices, ICH GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to analyze medical information.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently under moderate supervision.
