Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Product Life-Cycle Management:

  • Provide strategic input for product life-cycle management, including Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) and launch readiness.
  • Ensure ethical promotion of assigned products.

Operational Excellence:

  • Data Generation & Clinical Trials:
    • Plan and execute clinical trials, including Phase IV studies, PMS, observational studies, outcome research, and registries.
    • Communicate with investigators and facilitate investigator-initiated studies (IIS).
    • Develop and implement publication plans.
  • Medical Program Execution:
    • Implement medical programs in line with the Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
    • Manage medical grants, medical education, advisory board meetings, and other consultancy activities.
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement:
    • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with KOLs in collaboration with commercial teams.
    • Build and manage a KOL database.
    • Provide scientific communication and support for clinical and research activities.
  • Medical Communication & Regulatory Support:
    • Initiate, review, and approve medical communications and promotional materials for assigned brands.
    • Provide medical support for regulatory interactions, new product development, medical information delivery, and sales training.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, clinical research, drug development, medical advisors, scientific information teams, and medical publication teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Master’s degree or higher in Medicine or Pharmacology.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical department of a pharmaceutical company.
    • People management experience preferred for roles with MSL (Medical Science Liaison) reports.
  • Skills:
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
    • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
