About the Role

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in supporting our Global Clinical Supplies Team, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of project administration within clinical trials and operational tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and technical support to the Global Clinical Supplies Project Team, including planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities

  • Maintain procedures, guidelines, and documentation

  • Assist with maintaining project records and ensuring that all regulatory documents are correct, processed, and approved

  • Complete data entry and support the maintenance of database repositories

  • Prepare reports and assist with data collection for analysis

  • Conduct file reviews and organize departmental records

  • Analyze and reconcile project documents, metrics, and findings reports within specified timelines

  • Assist with clarification and resolution of findings related to documentation

  • Compose, upload, and distribute communications, reports, documents, and forms

  • Provide access to company, client, and vendor systems

  • Assist with ad-hoc project management activities, such as producing reports or editing study plans

  • Coordinate and schedule team calls


Qualifications

  • High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications

  • Ideally, previous experience in clinical trials or clinical supply chain

  • Strong English and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Effective leadership and team-building abilities

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while contributing to a team environment

  • Exceptional customer service skills, delivering the highest standards of quality and excellence
