Operations Associate II – Clinical Trial Payments | Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
Sitero is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Associate II to support site and patient payment services for clinical trials. Based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model, this role involves managing payment transactions, processing invoices, reviewing contracts, and ensuring smooth service delivery. If you have 3–5 years of clinical operations or investigator payments experience and want to be part of a forward-thinking, compliance-focused organization, this opportunity is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation and delivery of investigator and site payment services for clinical trials

  • Maintain and update vendor, site, and Principal Investigator (PI) records

  • Analyze study protocols and clinical trial agreements to support contract budget reviews

  • Process payment transactions, including invoicing, batch processing, and settlements

  • Resolve queries related to payments in alignment with service level agreements

  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery timelines

  • Participate in project meetings and provide status updates across payment lifecycles

  • Review and update SOPs related to site and patient payments

  • Support development of the product roadmap and enhancement features

  • Uphold documentation quality and compliance with organizational standards


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Tech/Software Dev a plus)

  • 3–5 years of experience in investigator payments or similar operational roles

  • Strong background in invoice processing and clinical contract entry

  • Knowledge of the clinical trial process and research field highly preferred

  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

  • Willingness to work in shifts and manage multiple priorities
