Associate Analyst – Pharma Analytics | Pune, India | EVERSANA
Job Summary:
EVERSANA is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Analyst to support pharmaceutical pricing analytics and competitor research. This entry-level role, based in Pune, is perfect for recent graduates with a background in pharmacy and a strong interest in market research, pharmaceutical pricing, and healthcare data analytics. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reports and actionable insights for pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Excel-based pricing and competitor reports using data extraction, standardization, and calculations
Conduct secondary research on pharmaceutical market regulations, pricing, and margin structures
Perform data comparisons and analytics using internal databases
Maintain and update pharma pricing tools and portals
Support live and offline client requests with customized reports and data interpretation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree (Life Sciences background mandatory)
0–1 year of work experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with market research, secondary data analysis, and data interpretation
Basic knowledge of SQL and Macros is a plus
Understanding of pharmaceutical market access is a value-add
Quick learner with good time management and analytical thinking skills
