Job Overview

As a Drug Safety Associate, you will be part of Accenture's Life Sciences R&D team, supporting pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations for leading global biopharmaceutical companies. The role focuses on monitoring, assessing, and reporting adverse drug reactions while ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform case identification and intake of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).

  • Enter and maintain accurate safety data in the pharmacovigilance database.

  • Perform MedDRA coding for adverse events.

  • Process, review, and submit safety cases according to client guidelines.

  • Conduct follow-ups for incomplete or pending safety reports.

  • Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and client requirements.

  • Maintain quality and accuracy of safety documentation.
