Manager, HEOR – Remote (Canada) | EVERSANA
Job Summary:
EVERSANA is seeking a highly skilled Manager, HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) to lead multi-disciplinary research teams across a variety of market access, economic modeling, and evidence generation projects. This remote, full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 CAD, ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in cost-effectiveness modeling, HTA submissions, and HEOR strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HEOR projects including literature reviews, economic models, evidence generation, and reimbursement submissions.
Ensure HEOR deliverables meet industry standards in pharmacoeconomic analysis and HTA methodologies.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and client expectations.
Develop high-quality materials such as manuscripts, economic models, and strategic reports.
Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership within the HEOR function.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business development.
Contribute to internal best practices and support strategic growth initiatives.
Participate in leadership, staffing, and company policy development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MSc in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HEOR, market access, or HTA roles.
Proven experience in cost-effectiveness model development and HTA submissions.
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, EndNote, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with R programming or DistillerSR is a plus.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with VBA programming is preferred.
