Manager, HEOR – Remote (Canada) | EVERSANA

Job Summary:
EVERSANA is hiring a Manager, HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) to lead cross-functional research teams in delivering evidence generation, modeling, and HTA submissions. This full-time remote role is ideal for experienced professionals in health economics or epidemiology with at least 3 years of experience. Offering a competitive compensation range of $100,000 to $110,000 CAD, this position allows you to shape impactful health policy and patient access strategies through robust economic and scientific insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HEOR projects, including literature reviews, health economic modeling, and reimbursement submissions.

  • Develop high-quality deliverables: evidence generation plans, manuscripts, and submission documentation.

  • Manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.

  • Ensure adherence to rigorous HEOR and pharmacoeconomic methodologies.

  • Support proposal development, project scope management, and resourcing.

  • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff and contribute to best practices.

  • Facilitate team collaboration and promote a high-performance work environment.

  • Represent EVERSANA in client meetings and contribute to thought leadership in HEOR.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MSc in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Epidemiology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ direct experience in HEOR, health technology assessment, or market access.

  • Proven expertise in cost-effectiveness model design and HTA submissions.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and EndNote.

  • Experience with R programming or DistillerSR is an asset.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.

  • Experience managing project timelines and cross-functional teams.
