Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager – Gastro is responsible for developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies to support brand growth and meet consumer needs. This role includes strategic planning, performance monitoring, budget management, KOL engagement, and internal training, specifically within the gastroenterology therapeutic area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional plans aligned with customer needs.

  • Monitor business performance using market tracking and analytics tools.

  • Conduct primary market research and maintain strong customer connectivity.

  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and organize advisory boards and round table meetings.

  • Jointly manage budgets related to advertising, promotions, conferences, and marketing materials.

  • Coordinate marketing projects and activities in line with strategic goals.

  • Train and support the field sales force with product knowledge and marketing tactics.

  • Represent the company at national/international congresses, engaging with KOLs and healthcare institutions.

  • Align local marketing strategies with corporate brand guidelines, visuals, and positioning.

  • Engage with medical professionals, formulary committees, and insurance bodies to support product access.

  • Collaborate with internal and external media partners to execute communication plans effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Education: B. Pharma + MBA in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management

  • Experience: 5–7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience

  • Therapy Area Exposure: Gastroenterology preferred, though open to other therapy backgrounds


Required Skills:

  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal abilities

  • Demonstrated success in product launches and life cycle management

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency with product management tools and software
