Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead and execute Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives, ensuring that the workforce’s skills are continually enhanced in a fast-paced environment. The role involves assessing training needs, designing learning programs, managing stakeholders, and providing crucial data support through MIS systems. The Senior Executive will be responsible for implementing global training initiatives, harmonizing processes across locations, and ensuring compliance with QMS requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Development:

    • Assess workforce training needs and organize learning sessions to enhance skills.
    • Design and drive L&D programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Provide MIS support by preparing dashboards, compliance reports, and maintaining HRIS records.
    • Conduct internal surveys and publish regular updates on L&D progress.
  • Program Coordination:

    • Ensure the consistency of L&D policies and practices across locations.
    • Liaise with business units to tailor programs that boost productivity.
  • Compliance & Audits:

    • Ensure adherence to QMS requirements and represent L&D during client audits.
  • Global TRMS Support:

    • Assist in the execution of global Talent Resource Management Systems (TRMS) initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage L&D initiatives in a scale-up environment.
    • Experience with HRIS systems and MIS reporting.
