Job Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst serves as the administrator for the Enterprise CRM (Salesforce) system and supports sales team optimization. This role involves analyzing sales data, maintaining CRM accuracy, and improving reporting and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.


Responsibilities

CRM Administration and Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and completeness of Salesforce systems.

  • Conduct routine data audits to maintain data integrity.

  • Implement automation processes to minimize manual data entry and inconsistencies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to provide insights into sales performance.

  • Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards for real-time metrics visibility.

  • Create custom reports tailored to the needs of sales teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Document and improve sales processes for greater efficiency.

  • Evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT to align on reporting requirements and strategies.

Training and Collaboration:

  • Train sales teams on Salesforce reporting tools and processes.

  • Foster smooth communication between cross-functional departments to support operational goals.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Education: BA/BS in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel.

    • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments effectively.


Additional Information

  • Travel: Up to 25% for business purposes.

  • Minimal help desk support may be required as needed.
