We are looking for an RFI & Content Specialist to join Clario’s growing Pricing & Proposals team. This role focuses on managing RFI/RFQ requests, maintaining content libraries, and supporting internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate proposal responses.
RFI/RFQ Management
Process RFI/RFQ requests through the Clario proposal response system.
Review system-suggested responses for relevance and update when necessary.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of RFIs.
Database & Content Management
Maintain accuracy of responses in the RFI content library.
Manage RFI/RFQ requests in Salesforce.
Coordinate SME review of stock answers and manage the library of SME responses.
Internal Relationship Management
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather detailed information for RFI/RFQ requests.
Communicate updates and manage expectations of Business Development and internal requestors.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3+ years in RFI management, project coordination, or relationship management, preferably in a relevant industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective verbal and written communication.
Other: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adaptable to changing priorities, and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
