Research Associate I – Vantive, Bangalore
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory testing, including validation, verification, and stability studies.
Develop and propose analytical methods with minimal supervision.
Design, execute, and document protocols, reports, and SOPs.
Validate and transfer analytical methods; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Perform R&D stability testing to support product registration.
Ensure compliance with cGxP, ALCOA+ principles, and data integrity standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams across quality, regulatory, and operations.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; adhere to health and safety standards.
Manage sample receiving and data entry in LIMS.
Participate in investigations of deviations, OOS/OOT results, and non-conformances.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or allied health disciplines.
1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, laboratory, or specimen management.
Strong practical knowledge of HPLC/UPLC, GC, AAS, Titrations.
Familiarity with software such as Empower, Chromeleon, and LIMS.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Knowledge of GxP regulations, validation & stability guidelines.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong documentation, organizational, and technical writing abilities.
