  • Integrate and analyze multi-omics datasets (WES/WGS, bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, flow cytometry) to discover biomarkers and inform patient selection strategies.

  • Develop and apply machine learning and AI models for predictive analytics, feature selection, and multi-modal data integration.

  • Collaborate with biomarker scientists, clinical teams, and research centers to support target prioritization, trial hypothesis generation, and therapeutic strategy.

  • Ensure reproducibility and scalability of NGS and bioinformatics pipelines, utilizing tools such as samtools, picard, and R/Bioconductor.

  • Support experimental design and data generation for mechanism-of-action studies, combination therapy rationale, resistance mechanisms, and differentiation from standard of care.

  • Contribute to preclinical collaborations, prepare study reports, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and external scientific audiences.

  • Anticipate technical or experimental challenges and provide strategic solutions to ensure project success.

  • Maintain a strong publication record and apply insights from current literature to complex scientific questions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or related discipline; M.Sc./M.Tech./M.Eng. with 3+ years relevant experience may be considered.

  • Hands-on experience with RNASeq, DNASeq, and NGS workflows; proficiency with samtools, picard, and other NGS tools.

  • Expertise in high-throughput molecular data analysis, single-cell technologies, proteomics, and flow cytometry.

  • Advanced programming in R and Python, including data visualization (ggplot2) and reproducible research in Linux HPC or AWS cloud environments.

  • Experience in machine learning, AI, predictive modeling, and deep learning applications for multi-omics data.

  • Strong statistical background, experimental design knowledge, and ability to interpret complex datasets.

  • Laboratory awareness in cell culture, primary cell isolation, transfection, RNA/DNA sequencing, epigenomic assays, protein assays, and cell phenotyping.

  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Strong commitment, enthusiasm, and drive to deliver impactful scientific results.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
