Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Drive sales within the assigned territory to meet approved business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans.
  • Identify and execute strategies for live and virtual customer engagement to maximize impact.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face and virtual interactions.
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance customer engagement effectively.
  • Utilize product and disease state knowledge to provide clinically oriented information and resources to customers.

Market Insights and Collaboration

  • Understand market dynamics, including drivers and barriers across various channels (Public Health, Private Market, Retail, etc.).
  • Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams, including Field Medical and Account Management, to address customer needs.

Compliance and Administrative Duties

  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, such as customer call entries, expense reporting, and responding to internal requests.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas (or equivalent qualifications):
    • Professional Sales or Promotional Activities.
    • Entrepreneurial Experience (e.g., Small Business Owner).
    • Marketing, Customer Service, or Account Management.
    • Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT).
    • Education (e.g., Teacher, Principal).
    • Full-Time Military Experience.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record compliant with company standards.
  • Reside within 25 miles of the territory border.

Nice-to-Have

  • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience.
  • Experience with vaccines and knowledge of related therapeutic areas.
  • Familiarity with the territory’s customers, prescribers, and markets.
  • Strong sales, territory management, communication, and teamwork skills.

Work Environment and Travel Requirements

  • Field-based role with a mix of face-to-face and virtual engagements.
  • Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays if necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $73,100 - $189,200.
  • Quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:
