What You Will Achieve

As a Rare Cardiac, Amyloidosis Multi-disciplinary Specialist (AMS), you will focus on educating healthcare providers (HCPs) across multiple specialties—including hematology/oncology, neurology, primary care, and cardiology. This role will primarily involve executing awareness efforts for ATTR-CM (Transthyretin Amyloid Cardiomyopathy) disease, building relationships with stakeholders, and accelerating new patient starts through improved disease state awareness.

You will demonstrate a strong understanding of your local healthcare ecosystem and apply that knowledge to develop strategic sales plans. Working in collaboration with relevant colleagues, you will educate customers, build strong relationships, and ultimately drive recognition and treatment of ATTR-CM patients. This role requires strict adherence to company policies and government regulations.


How You Will Achieve It

Account Planning & Collaboration

  • Prioritize customer opportunities and projects to maximize impact, utilizing data and stakeholder input.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, aligning objectives with brand goals.
  • Maintain customer profiles and plans using company resources and continually evaluate customer targeting.

Hybrid Execution & Advanced Selling

  • Use advanced selling techniques and tailor messaging to meet customer needs.
  • Develop expertise in the ATTR-CM disease area, diagnostic procedures, and Vyndamax clinical profile.
  • Educate customers on ATTR-CM and the diagnostic procedures to help identify and treat patients.
  • Implement approved marketing programs to effectively raise disease awareness and demonstrate brand value.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with other customer-facing teams to elevate customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when necessary to meet customer needs.

Demonstrate Business Acumen

  • Gather insights from customers and market trends to anticipate business opportunities or threats.
  • Apply market and customer insights to inform local planning and ensure effective resource use.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5-10 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or an Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans and strong teamwork/collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using customer insights to inform sales strategies.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in Rare Disease and/or Specialty fields (Cardiology, Hematology-Oncology, Neurology)
  • Product launch experience and hospital sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with large academic centers and hospital systems.

Other Job Details:

  • Annual Base Salary: $96,700 - $217,000, plus quarterly Sales Incentive bonus
