Job Summary:
As a Regional Medical Advisor, you will serve as the primary scientific liaison between Dr. Reddy’s and key thought leaders and physicians in your designated therapy area. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the medical strategy and engaging healthcare professionals with high scientific standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, map, and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) across assigned geographies and therapeutic areas.
Execute the strategic medical affairs plan encompassing medical education, product education, advisory boards, and evidence generation.
Serve as a therapeutic area expert to provide scientific data proactively and reactively to physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to optimal patient outcomes through meaningful data communication, knowledge sharing, and insight generation.
Represent Dr. Reddy’s at various internal and external scientific platforms.
Analyze and communicate disease trends and treatment patterns to therapy leads and commercial teams.
Assist in developing annual Medical Affairs Strategy Plans and contribute to new product ideation based on stakeholder interactions.
Collaborate with KOLs to conduct and publish reviews, meta-analyses, case studies, and patient-reported outcomes.
Handle scientific queries from healthcare professionals related to GGI products or therapeutic areas.
Ensure all activities are compliant with Dr. Reddy’s Code of Business Ethics (COBE) and compliance protocols.
Ensure timely approval of promotional, physician, and patient education materials.
Devise and implement training programs for sales and marketing teams on the latest medical developments.
Qualifications:
Education: MBBS with a full-time postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years) or MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute.
Experience: Fresh postgraduate or up to 2 years of experience in field-based Medical Affairs.
Technical Skills:
Deep academic knowledge of therapeutic areas and medical research methodologies.
Strong scientific acumen and communication abilities for peer-to-peer interactions.
Capability to function in complex, fast-paced environments.
Proven track record of professional accomplishments.
