Job Description

Role Overview

The Regional Manager for Alopecia Areata Diagnosis and Treatment is responsible for overseeing all business operations within the assigned region. This includes developing and executing business objectives and growth plans, building a high-performing, motivated, and productive team, and responding to customer needs to meet or exceed regional business targets. This role involves supervising and guiding Market Specialists, enhancing their professional skills, and supporting their career development. The Regional Manager also focuses on talent development to ensure a strong future pipeline of leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build and manage a regional medical information communication team to achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit and develop team members in compliance with company standards.
  • Provide regular performance and behavioral evaluations, implementing rewards or corrective measures as necessary.
  • Foster compliance awareness among team members, ensuring adherence to regulations and activity authenticity.

  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies and plans.

  • Monitor and manage the accessibility of key drugs in critical channels.
  • Analyze market trends, identify regional market opportunities, and provide feedback to inform company strategies.

Client and Market Engagement

  • Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and manage relationships with key clients.
  • Provide targeted coaching to the team through field visits.
  • Optimize partnerships by understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve mutual goals and leverage company resources.

Innovation and Compliance

  • Support and implement company innovation initiatives, encouraging team members to explore new opportunities.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred fields include Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.

Experience
