Job Description:

The Manager, Clinical Data Reporting & Analytics role serves as a primary point of contact for multiple clinical studies, collaborating with stakeholders across different therapeutic areas to design and deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions for clinical trials. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality, compliant reporting, while fostering collaboration and innovation in the clinical data space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Serve as the main contact for clinical stakeholders, understanding their reporting and analytics needs in alignment with study protocols.

    • Collaborate effectively to translate clinical reporting requirements into actionable specifications.

    • Negotiate with stakeholders to ensure efficient report delivery and prioritize work based on business needs.

  • Reporting Development & Compliance:

    • Develop and implement standard reports or customized analytics visualizations according to specifications.

    • Ensure adherence to documentation, process compliance, and report testing requirements.

    • Maintain compliance with company policies, training, and regulations related to clinical data reporting.

  • Process Improvement & Technical Expertise:

    • Demonstrate technical expertise to develop solutions for complex reporting and analytics challenges.

    • Stay current with emerging trends in reporting tools, techniques, and industry innovations.

    • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, contributing to organizational efficiency in clinical data reporting.

  • Team Collaboration & Global Support:

    • Work cohesively with team members, supporting peer reviews and feedback processes.

    • Support the broader Clinical Data Reporting & Analytics team with business priorities.

    • Provide flexible support for global stakeholders, ensuring business continuity across time zones.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: 5+ years in clinical data, analytics, or reporting, with strong knowledge of clinical trials.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reporting tools and analytics software; strong understanding of clinical trial data processes.

  • Collaboration: Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional collaborations.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on business criticality.

  • Compliance & Regulations: Familiarity with industry regulations and adherence to required standards.
