Project Manager – Content Enhancement (Medical Communications)

Job Summary

Sanofi is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Content Enhancement to lead the planning, coordination, and quality delivery of scientific and digital content in line with global healthcare communications standards. Based in Hyderabad, this role supports the end-to-end development of publication materials and digital deliverables in collaboration with scientific writers and graphic designers. Ideal for those with strong project leadership skills and a flair for scientific design within the pharmaceutical or healthcare communication domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medical content projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and timelines

  • Maintain strong relationships with scientific writers, designers, and global stakeholders

  • Oversee creation of scientific posters, infographics, presentations, and digital content

  • Review and ensure quality of design deliverables meet scientific and visual standards

  • Provide expert guidance to graphic designers on project execution and tool usage

  • Manage templates in PowerPoint and InDesign adhering to brand compliance

  • Support and train team members to enhance skills and workflow efficiency

  • Communicate proactively with team leads on issues, risks, and project planning

  • Explore and expand capabilities into new digital and interactive formats

  • Stay up to date on current design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to pharma


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in graphic design and content management

  • Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical communications is highly preferred

  • Strong command of:

    • PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

    • After Effects and Premiere Pro (desirable)

  • Ability to create scientific infographics, posters, slide decks, and animated videos

  • Proven ability to translate scientific content into visually compelling formats

  • Solid understanding of pharma brand guidelines and scientific messaging

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Graduate or postgraduate in graphic design, visual communication, or art

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
