Position Overview:
The Senior Associate Scientist, Biology will independently design, execute, and analyze experiments in tumor biology, drug discovery, and target identification. The role emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and technical excellence, while contributing to team-based research projects and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Scientific & Technical Expertise:

  • Design, execute, analyze, and communicate experimental results with minimal input from senior colleagues.

  • Apply scientific and technical knowledge to accelerate discovery activities and develop novel targeting modalities.

  • Conduct high-quality experiments that inform data-driven decisions on project teams.

  • Learn and implement new technologies and concepts from colleagues and literature with minimal guidance.

  • Handle large volumes of experimental work while managing priorities proactively.

  • Coach and support less experienced colleagues in new methods and technologies.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Hands-on experience in tumor biology, drug discovery, target identification, and technology development.

  • Familiarity with bioinformatic tools and analyses is a plus.

  • Proven ability to drive research collaboratively to productive, creative, data-driven outcomes.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $126,820 – $164,120 (based on experience and qualifications).

  • Eligible for discretionary annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
