Job Summary
IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager – Connected Devices to lead the execution and delivery of clinical trial device integration projects. Based in Thane, this hybrid role requires coordination across cross-functional teams, budget oversight, and adherence to scope, timelines, and sponsor expectations. Ideal for professionals with clinical research or connected health experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and lead clinical trial device integration projects from initiation to completion under senior guidance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Maintain documentation and train project teams on project-specific guidelines.
Monitor project status, identify risks, and seek guidance to implement corrective actions.
Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, and support change order implementation.
Present updates and outcomes in internal and external meetings.
Conduct project close-out reviews and ensure deliverables are finalized.
Provide feedback on team performance to support staff development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience (preferred).
Strong project coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
