Job Overview

Clario is hiring an Assistant Clinical Project Manager to support global clinical research programs within its Medical Imaging division. This role offers a strong entry-to-mid-level opportunity for professionals seeking to build a long-term career in clinical project management, contributing directly to the successful execution of imaging-supported clinical studies.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Project Support

  • Provide operational and administrative support to Clinical Project Managers across assigned clinical studies

  • Assist with development and review of study documentation, presentations, and project materials

  • Participate in project meetings, teleconferences, and cross-functional discussions

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of study deliverables

  • Support coordination of logistics, materials distribution, and study-related communications

Study Execution & Financial Support

  • Support project start-up, execution, and close-out activities

  • Assist with financial tracking activities including invoice reconciliation, forecasting support, and budget documentation

  • Monitor project progress, respond to internal and client inquiries, and escalate issues as required

Quality, Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Verify compliance with protocol-specific imaging requirements and ensure resolution of study-related queries

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and execution of project activities in line with GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and quality standards maintenance

Team Collaboration

  • Serve as Acting Project Manager when required under supervision

  • Participate in training programs and support team-wide initiatives


Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Associate’s degree required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or a related field preferred

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical research, clinical trials, or clinical imaging studies

  • Prior exposure to clinical project coordination or operational support roles is highly desirable


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Familiarity with clinical research operations, imaging protocols, and data verification processes

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail with strong time management capabilities

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
