Job Overview
Clario is hiring an Assistant Clinical Project Manager to support global clinical research programs within its Medical Imaging division. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Project Support
Provide operational and administrative support to Clinical Project Managers across assigned clinical studies
Assist with development and review of study documentation, presentations, and project materials
Participate in project meetings, teleconferences, and cross-functional discussions
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of study deliverables
Support coordination of logistics, materials distribution, and study-related communications
Study Execution & Financial Support
Support project start-up, execution, and close-out activities
Assist with financial tracking activities including invoice reconciliation, forecasting support, and budget documentation
Monitor project progress, respond to internal and client inquiries, and escalate issues as required
Quality, Compliance & Process Improvement
Verify compliance with protocol-specific imaging requirements and ensure resolution of study-related queries
Ensure adherence to SOPs and execution of project activities in line with GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and quality standards maintenance
Team Collaboration
Serve as Acting Project Manager when required under supervision
Participate in training programs and support team-wide initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Associate’s degree required
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or a related field preferred
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical research, clinical trials, or clinical imaging studies
Prior exposure to clinical project coordination or operational support roles is highly desirable
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with clinical research operations, imaging protocols, and data verification processes
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong time management capabilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
