Position Summary
Pfizer is seeking an Assistant Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory management, material movement, and supply chain activities within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished goods while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations & Material Management
Support the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods within manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
Operate material handling equipment such as:
Forklifts
Conveyors
Cranes
Hand carts
Power trucks
Ensure accurate material receipt, storage, issuance, and distribution.
Maintain inventory records and support warehouse transactions through computerized inventory systems.
2. Inventory Control & Documentation
Complete documentation related to:
Inventory movement
Material receipts
Storage activities
Distribution records
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with cGMP requirements.
Maintain audit-ready records and inventory traceability.
Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and reconciliation.
3. Supply Chain & Process Support
Contribute to team deliverables through effective coordination and collaboration.
Support workflow planning and prioritization of assigned tasks.
Identify opportunities to improve:

Assist in troubleshooting warehouse and process-related issues.

Work effectively as part of a cross-functional operations team.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma
OR
Graduation in any discipline
