At Thermo Fisher Scientific, join a dynamic Sales & Marketing team with industry-leading capabilities to drive customer success. As a Project Management Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating internal functions and stakeholders to optimize the Order Lifecycle Process and ensure smooth project execution, driving continuous process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the connection between various internal functions and stakeholders to ensure a smooth Order Lifecycle Process

  • Track and optimize the timely completion of Order Obligations, aiming to improve collections and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)

  • Champion continuous process improvement by coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution

  • Create and implement standard work procedures for Pre-inspection Reports (PIR), site readiness, and related coordination between customers and internal teams

  • Identify opportunities to enhance commercial productivity by streamlining internal processes and removing waste (Muda) from the Sales Process


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically managing the Order Lifecycle Process

  • Strong knowledge of business processes, particularly Order to Cash

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to track and optimize the timely completion of tasks and obligations

  • Experience in continuous process improvement and implementing best practices

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail
