Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Intern - Drug Regulatory Affairs

Job Description:
As a Pharmacovigilance Intern, you will support the Marketing Authorization Holder in various pharmacovigilance (PV) activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the integrity of the PV system. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the PV system, including SOPs, training, contractual arrangements, and databases.
  • Ensuring PV processes align with regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing and maintaining the PV System Master File.
  • Monitoring safety profiles and identifying emerging safety concerns for Marketing Authorization Holder products.
  • Managing signal detection processes to identify safety signals.
  • Developing Risk Management Plans and Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR).
  • Assisting with audits and corrective actions for the PV system.
  • Managing a team in the QPPV Office.
  • Conducting literature surveillance for PV activities.
  • Handling vendor management for PV-related work.
