Role Overview: Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate

As a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will support critical drug safety processes, contributing to the analysis, processing, and reporting of safety data. This role ensures compliance with global regulations and supports the safe use of pharmaceutical products across international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process adverse event information using global safety databases and medical source data.

  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate effectively with international teams to maintain high-quality reporting and operational efficiency.

  • Participate in innovation-focused safety and clinical data management projects.

  • Take part in training programs to build foundational knowledge in pharmacovigilance and regulatory frameworks.


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong teamwork capabilities.

  • Very good proficiency in written and spoken English, including medical terminology.

  • Very good proficiency in written and spoken Polish.

  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles preferred, though full training will be provided.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
