Job Overview

ICON Strategic Solutions, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is hiring a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate to support global drug safety operations. This role is ideal for pharmacy or life science graduates seeking to build a long-term career in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, and Clinical Research within an internationally recognized organization.

As a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will contribute to the monitoring, processing, and quality management of safety data to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and patient safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and enter adverse event and safety data into global pharmacovigilance databases using source documentation and medical knowledge

  • Perform quality checks on safety data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support timely and high-quality safety reporting

  • Support initiatives aimed at improving innovation, efficiency, and quality within Safety and Clinical Data Management services

  • Participate in structured training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, processes, and best practices


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline

  • Experience Required: 0–1 year (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in English, particularly medical and scientific terminology

  • Proficiency in Polish (written and spoken)

  • Basic familiarity with pharmacovigilance concepts and regulatory guidelines is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Skills

  • French language proficiency is an added advantage

  • Interest in drug safety, regulatory affairs, and clinical research

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
