Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Little Rock, AR

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based
Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year (base pay)


Job Summary

IQVIA is seeking a dynamic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Little Rock, Arkansas, to promote a GI (gastrointestinal) pharmaceutical product in partnership with AbbVie. This is a field-based role ideal for professionals passionate about driving healthcare outcomes through strong provider engagement and sales excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical GI products within the assigned territory.

  • Engage office-based healthcare professionals (HCPs) including GI specialists.

  • Identify market opportunities and generate volume/market share growth.

  • Manage sales resources (samples, promo tools) within compliance standards.

  • Maintain compliance with FDA and PDMA sample accountability requirements.

  • Document daily activity through the sales automation system.

  • Complete all product and development training modules as scheduled.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.

  • 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred.

  • 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.

  • Prior relationships in GI or healthcare sales territory strongly desirable.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and set performance standards.

  • Strong understanding of account planning and customer engagement strategies.
