About the Role:

As a Senior Clinical Admin Coordinator, you will be a vital member of the Provider Not Participating (PNP) Team, responsible for engaging healthcare providers who are unable to provide medical charts. Your role focuses on identifying communication barriers, ensuring compliance with audit and quality initiatives, and enhancing the chart retrieval process to support clinical reviews and care delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via telephone to providers who haven't submitted requested medical records.

  • Investigate and document reasons for non-participation or chart retrieval delays.

  • Educate providers on chart retrieval processes and audit expectations.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of outreach activities and outcomes.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to leadership or relevant departments.

  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies and contractual directives.


Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • 1+ year of experience in international contact centers, healthcare operations, customer service, or provider relations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with precision and discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or medical record systems.

  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
