Job Summary

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will drive sales in the Allergy and Pediatrics therapeutic areas by promoting a new product to physicians and healthcare providers in the Boston area. The role focuses on educating medical professionals, building strong relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet territory goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and educate HCPs on the new product through face-to-face meetings and presentations.

  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring ethical and compliant practices.

  • Maintain high visibility with customers by working 5 field days/week.

  • Support strategic sales plans using approved marketing materials and programs.

  • Accurately report field activities, expenses, and territory metrics in a timely manner.

  • Attend company sales meetings and training programs.

  • Travel as required within the territory, including overnight stays.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)

  • Minimum 2 years of recent pharmaceutical sales experience (required)

  • Experience in Pediatric or Allergy therapeutic areas (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of medical/scientific concepts

  • Proven sales track record

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a collaborative attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Must be able to travel as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000–$110,000
