Job Description

The Phaco Sales Specialist helps ensure the completion of key tasks for the Clinical Sales – Surgeons unit, supporting accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables. The role involves assisting with sales planning, clinical demonstrations, customer engagement, and market analytics to drive sales growth and customer retention. This position is eligible for sales incentives and commissions.


Responsibilities

Clinical & Sales Support:

  • Assist in development and implementation of Clinical Sales – Surgeons area plans and key activities.

  • Demonstrate product knowledge, procedural expertise, and clinical excellence.

  • Participate in new product introduction and adoption.

  • Coordinate product demonstrations and clinical presentations for networking events, conferences, and symposiums.

Customer Support & Engagement:

  • Remain aware of product information, best practices, and technical troubleshooting to support customer needs.

  • Recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions to customers.

  • Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships for enhanced retention.

Data & Market Analytics:

  • Compile and review consumer analytics and market trends.

  • Support data-driven strategies to grow sales and improve customer engagement.

Leadership & Compliance:

  • Demonstrate Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in daily work.


Job Requirements

  • Strong clinical and procedural knowledge relevant to Phaco equipment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams for product demonstrations and customer support.
