Position Summary

The Phaco Sales Specialist – Channel Sales will support the implementation of programs and initiatives for channel partners to drive sales growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting sales targets through collaboration with channel partners.


Principal Responsibilities

1. Sales & Channel Management

  • Deliver Sales vs. Quota by month, quarter, and year for assigned customers/geography.

  • Identify opportunities to capture new business and address gaps in Channel Sales strategy.

  • Implement systems to expand existing partnerships and accelerate pipeline movement.

2. Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze trends, competitive landscape, and partner accounts to inform strategy.

  • Document key indicators and metrics through the sales cycle.

  • Configure sales forecasts and examine progress of the channel pipeline.

3. Collaboration & Coaching

  • Conduct routine collaboration with named partners to align with market vision.

  • Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

4. Leadership & Compliance

  • Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and processes.
