🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of programs and innovative initiatives for Channel Sales, under general supervision

  • Contribute to elements of projects, programs, or processes focused on Channel Sales

  • Deliver on Sales vs. Quota goals by month, quarter, and year for assigned customers or geographic region

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner account data to identify gaps and new business opportunities

  • Help implement systems and strategies to expand existing partnerships and develop new ones

  • Collaborate regularly with named partners to align strategies with market needs and drive market share growth

  • Maintain documentation of key performance indicators (KPIs), sales forecasts, and pipeline progress

  • Coach junior team members on techniques, processes, and responsibilities

  • Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with colleagues and partners
